Whiskers-a-GoGo is a volunteer-based rescue group, and we are always looking for volunteers who can help us save more cats! Below are a few extremely helpful ways you can volunteer your time and resources to help our cause:
Foster a cat! (Or refer a friend who can foster!)
Fostering cats is the best way to save a cat’s life! The more foster homes we have, the more cats we can save from the streets and from municipal shelters. Please let us know if you can foster a cat until they are adopted, or if you know anyone who would be interested in fostering! Click here to download a guide to being a great foster parent!
Share our eligible kitties with your friends on social media!
Donate to Whiskers-a-GoGo!
We are a volunteer-run rescue group that relies solely on donations for the funds and supplies we need to rescue New York's cats and kittens. We constantly rescue as many cats as we can, from abandoned kittens on the street to cats on at municipal shelters. Some of these cats need emergency medical procedures to save their lives. All of our cats need food, litter, and medicine to keep them healthy and happy until they are adopted.
Please consider donating something--whether it's a few dollars or a few cans of food--to help us care for our rescue kitties who are still awaiting their *furrever* homes. Whiskers-A-GoGo is a 501c3 charity and all monetary donations are tax-deductible! See below for the different ways you can donate:

Help us with TNR (Trap Neuter Return)!
Help us rescue feral cats off the streets! There are a few ways to help with TNR:
1. Donate your time! Take a TNR workshop and help us capture cats. You can register for TNR workshops to learn everything you need to know about the process through Neighborhood Cats!
2. Donate your space! If you have extra garage space or other form of shelter, you can help save a cat’s life by providing a safe holding space for a newly-rescued feral cat to begin convalesce pre- and post-surgery (all cats remain in their traps).
